ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching
This programme aims to provide practising & potential team leaders & first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. Participants assess their own ability to use a variety of interpersonal communication skills when giving feedback. They also plan & organise workplace coaching sessions, then monitor/review their workplace coaching performance.

The full Excalibur programme comprises of seven one-day workshops embracing a variety of accelerated learning techniques. It’s based on the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management, a well-respected & internationally recognised qualification
