ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching

This programme aims to provide practising & potential team leaders & first line managers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role. Participants assess their own ability to use a variety of interpersonal communication skills when giving feedback. They also plan & organise workplace coaching sessions, then monitor/review their workplace coaching performance.

This qualification aims to provide practising managers or private business advisors/trainers etc with the knowledge, skills & confidence to perform effectively as professional coaches or mentors as part of their normal job role

This qualification aims to provide practising senior leaders/managers/trainers with the highest standard of knowledge; skills & confidence perform effectively as executive business coaches/mentors as an integral part of their normal working life

ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading (Merlin)

The Merlin Programme has been exclusively created by THE Group, based on wide ranging customer research and feedback. Merlin is a Team Leader, learning & development programme & has been structured to ensure that the course reflects the changing requirements of business today. It is based on the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading, a well-respected & internationally recognised qualification

ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management (Excalibur)

The full Excalibur programme comprises of seven one-day workshops embracing a variety of accelerated learning techniques. It gives practising or aspiring first line managers a solid foundation in their personal development at this level. It’s based on the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management, a well-respected & internationally recognised qualification

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Management

This qualification has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation in their formal development in this role. The content will include understanding the management role, becoming an effective leader & leading innovation & change
