Overview

Appraisals are still commonly something that are dreaded by staff and viewed as something that is ‘done to’ people. Yet when done properly, they can be one of the most motivating and organisationally beneficial performance activities available. This interactive workshop takes delegates through the tools and techniques required to have a productive appraisal and ensure that both the individual and business benefit.
