Overview

We use negotiating and influencing skills in every day business, whether it is in meetings, with clients or with our managers! However, there are very few people who would say that these skills were strong. This interactive workshop provides participants with the knowledge and skills to be more effective when seeking mutual agreement from others.

Training Outcomes

After attending this course, participants will be able to;

  • Build rapport to maximise influencing effects.

  • Identify and select the most appropriate influencing style.

  • More confidently handle conflicts.

  • Structure and control a negotiation to their benefit.

Who Should Attend

Anybody who thinks that being a little more influential could benefit them at work, and those people who engage in client negotiations.
