Doing this effectively requires a great deal of flexibility, judgement and interpersonal skill. This course focuses on developing and refining interpersonal management skills.

Constructive criticism to give critical feedback in a way that promotes acceptance and action
Discussion skills that encourage dialogue that is both participatory and productive
Managing differences in a way that preserves priorities without capitulating or adopting a hostile stance - or resorting to the arbitrary use of power
