About the programme
This is an entertaining parable about being different; about being an 'O' among a group of 'X's, such as being a minority through race, sex, handicap, education, age or occupation. It demonstrates how to integrate non-traditional employees into a team - avoiding sensitive issues in a non-threatening way.
