
Kingspan are a successful large multi-national corporation currently
involved in a major Customer Care initiative across three sites in
Northern Ireland, Wales and England. THE Group have developed and
delivered on-site, a progamme of business support (training,
consultancy, competency and standard identification) that has enabled
the Customer Care initiative to be a great success. A new approach has
now been embedded within the organisation that will ensure excellent
long-term, consistent business results in a crucial area of operations.
